Step 4: Incoming Inspection – Components from both streams undergo LCR testing and visual inspection upon receipt. All parts are verified against specifications before they enter production.

Step 5: Precision Assembly & Testing – Your boards are assembled on our 12 automated SMT lines with automated wave soldering and robotic soldering. Comprehensive inspection (AOI, SPI, X-Ray, ICT, FCT) validates every board.

Step 6: Documentation & Shipment – Full traceability records track components from both supply streams. Each board ships with a Certificate of Conformance and test reports.
