The Production Process – From Order to Delivery

Step 1: Flexible Order Intake

Step 2: Component Procurement
We source PCB boards, electronic components, and assembly materials per your BOM. Our Smart Material Rack provides real-time component visibility; our supply chain network supports small-quantity procurement from authorized distributors. Every incoming component undergoes strict LCR testing and visual inspection to verify authenticity and specification compliance.

Step 3: PCB Fabrication
In-house bare board creation through advanced etching, layering, and drilling processes. We fabricate just the quantity you ordered, with no minimum panel requirements. Multiple finish options available.

Step 4: SMT & THT Assembly
12 fully automated SMT lines with quick-changeover capability handle component placement with ±25μm accuracy. Automatic wave soldering processes through-hole components. Programmable soldering robots provide precision selective soldering for mixed-technology boards. Quick-changeover makes small batches economically viable.

Step 5: Strict Quality Control & Inspection
Every board receives 100% inspection:

  • 3D SPI – Paste volume, height, and area verification before reflow

  • AOI – Component presence, polarity, alignment, solder joint quality

  • 3D X-Ray – BGA/QFN hidden joint inspection; void calculation

  • ICT – Component-level electrical validation

  • Flying Probe – Fixture-less electrical testing—ideal for low volume PCB assembly

  • FCT – Functional testing simulating real-world operating conditions

Step 6: Final Assembly & Packaging
Board integration, component connection, final verification. Professional anti-static packaging, customs clearance, and global shipping with tracking.
