The Production Process – Custom SMT Assembly

Stage 1: Order Receipt & Customization Review
We receive your design files, BOM, and specifications. Our engineering team reviews your requirements and identifies any customization needs. DFM analysis ensures your design is optimized for manufacturability.

Stage 2: Component Procurement
We source components per your BOM—either through our supply chain or using your specified suppliers. For low volume PCB assembly, we support small-quantity procurement. All incoming components undergo strict LCR testing, visual inspection, and Brand authenticity verification.

Stage 3: PCB Fabrication
In-house bare board creation tailored to your specifications: 2-20+ layers, multiple materials (FR-4, Rogers, aluminum), finishes (ENIG, HASL, OSP), and custom dimensions.

Stage 4: SMT & THT Assembly
12 automated SMT lines with custom programming for your board. Automatic wave soldering for through-hole components. Programmable soldering robots for precision selective soldering on mixed-technology boards.

Stage 5: Quality Control & Testing

• SPI – Paste inspection before reflow

• AOI – Component placement and solder joint quality

• X-Ray – Hidden BGA/QFN joint inspection
