Stage 1: Component Sourcing & Engineering Support
We source all components per your BOM through authorized distributors. Our engineering team provides DFM feedback specific to rigid-flex design—addressing transition zone placement, flex-to-stiffener ratios, and component positioning.

Stage 2: Rigid-Flex Board Fabrication
In-house fabrication of rigid-flex boards—FR4 sections laminated with polyimide flex layers. Precise control of material stack-up, transition zone design, and coverlay application.

Stage 3: Fixture Preparation
Carriers are designed to support both rigid and flex sections during SMT. Tooling pins and hold-down mechanisms maintain dimensional stability.

Stage 4: SMT Assembly
12 fully automated SMT lines with ±25μm accuracy. Component placement programming accounts for rigid-flex section differences—placement parameters optimized for each section.

Stage 5: Controlled Reflow
Low-temperature reflow profiles with specific consideration for rigid-flex thermal expansion. Controlled cooling prevents delamination at transition zones.

Stage 6: Quality Inspection
100% coverage: AOI; X-Ray for BGA/QFN and transition zone inspection; ICT and Flying Probe; dynamic bend testing for flex sections.
