  1. Stage 1: Requirements Analysis
    We review your high-speed/RF requirements—interface types, frequencies, timing constraints, and EMI compliance targets.
     
  2. Stage 2: Layer Stack-up Design
    Layer stack-up is designed to achieve target impedance values. Materials and thicknesses are selected for signal integrity and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Stage 3: Component Placement
    Critical components are placed for optimal signal routing. High-speed interfaces are positioned to minimize trace length.
  4. Stage 4: Routing & Verification
    Differential pairs are routed with controlled impedance and length matching. Signal integrity analysis validates timing and impedance. EMI mitigation techniques are applied.
  5. Stage 5: Design Review
    Comprehensive review covers signal integrity, impedance control, and manufacturability.
  6. Stage 6: Prototype Build & Validation
    We fabricate 5-10 samples and assemble them on our 12 automated SMT lines. Prototypes undergo AOI, X-Ray, ICT, and functional testing. Samples are shipped for your confirmation.
