Product Description
This track system is constructed for loads of 300 kg to 400,000 kg. Choose rubber tracks, steel tracks or interchangeable tracks to switch between rubber and steel as conditions demand. Common features: low soil pressure, 360° turning possibility and excellent cross-country manoeuvrability — a versatile custom undercarriage for drilling rigs for mine applications.
Customization Capabilities
- Load Capacity Customization: 0.5–20 tons; 4 MT standard configuration.
- Dimension Customization: Track 2.3 × 1.65 m, grounding length 1.6 m, platform 3.3 × 1.85 m × 0.5 m.
- Hydraulic Motor Customization: 0–10 km/h, 4 gears (3F + 1R), high/low speed; grade ability 20°/20°/25°.

Working Conditions
- Rubber crawler operating temperature: -25°C to +55°C
- Chemicals, oil and seawater accelerate track aging — clean frequently in such environments
- Avoid sharp protrusions (steel bars, stones) that damage rubber tracks
- Edge stones, ruts and uneven roads may crack the ground-side pattern
