The Primary Air Filter (Pre-Filter) is the economical first stage of any cleanroom or HVAC air purification system — capturing large dust particles (≥5 µm) before they can reach the more expensive medium and HEPA filters downstream. By removing the bulk of coarse contaminants, the primary filter extends the service life of downstream filters, reduces system maintenance costs, and maintains the air quality entering the cleanroom.
