• DELTA PLC Full Automation – Programmable logic control governs every stage from dipping to unloading, ensuring consistent quality and repeatable cycle times of 30-35 seconds.
• Dual Dipping Tanks – Two 304 stainless steel tanks serve coagulant and circulated compounding separately, with automatic feeding and level sensing to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Online LOGO Printing – Twin-head automatic printing system positions and prints logos directly on gloves within the production line – no offline process needed.
• Auto Unloading System – Integrated stripping mechanism removes finished gloves from moulds automatically, cutting labor and increasing throughput.
• Precision Hand Moulds – 330 pairs of aluminum alloy moulds with 3-layer Teflon coating, purpose-built for palm-dipping applications with excellent release properties.
• Rock Wool Insulation – Dual-layer insulation (100mm / 75mm) throughout the heating zone minimizes thermal loss and reduces energy consumption.
• Natural Gas Hot Air Heating – Indirect heat exchanger burner (150,000 Kcal/h) with external ductings provides uniform, efficient drying.

• Formula Room Equipment – Double-layer ceramic vulcanizing & mixing tanks (1.5T × 2), water purifier, ball mills (100kg × 3), high-speed dispersator (7.5KW × 2), sample oven, digital viscometer, formula barrels, barrel carriers and pneumatic diaphragm pump.
• Compressed Air System – 15KW screw air compressor, 1CBM air storage tank, precision filters (×3).
• Heating System – 150,000 Kcal/h indirect heat exchanger burner with ductings.
