This fully automatic glove stripping machine is purpose-built for high-speed, damage-free demolding of gloves from hand formers in dip-molding production lines. Operating on a continuous reciprocating cycle, the machine handles both PVC/PU gloves and NBR/NR gloves with optimized stripping parameters for each material type—achieving daily throughput of 40,000-80,000 pairs (PVC/PU) and 30,000-45,000 pairs (NBR/NR).
The PLC-based DELTA control system coordinates precise stripping roller speed, air pressure-assisted release, and synchronized conveyor takeaway, ensuring gentle yet efficient glove removal without tearing, stretching, or surface defects. The compact footprint (2.6m × 1.45m) integrates into existing production lines with minimal modification.
Designed for true unattended operation, the machine requires only 1.8 KW installed power and standard factory utilities (0.5-0.8 MPa pneumatic, 3-phase 380V/50Hz), delivering exceptional energy efficiency.
