FR‑110 is a specially colloid‑stabilized binary copolymer dispersion engineered for formulating waterborne intumescent coatings.
FR‑110 delivers controlled char formation with high expansion factor, while preventing char‑layer hardening and brittleness under fire exposure.
FR‑110 is recommended for intumescent coatings with fire protection up to 120 min, serving as a viable alternative to EMULTEX™ FR 797, Mowilith DM230 and VINNAPAS EZ‑3112.
