Introduction:
RB-6003 is a professional halogen-free phosphinate flame retardant specially optimized for soft polymer and extrusion-grade material production. With ultra-fine micronized particle technology (D95＜10μm), the powder exhibits extraordinary dispersion uniformity in flexible resin systems, effectively solving surface roughness, particle precipitation and poor texture issues of soft flame-retardant plastics. Built with stable phosphinate molecular structure, RB-6003 offers superior anti-hydrolysis capability and strong resistance to solvent erosion, while maintaining excellent thermal stability above 350°C. It is universally compatible with epoxy resins, phenolic materials and modified polyester formulations for versatile industrial applications.

Applications: Best suited for flame retardant modification of flexible polymers including TPU, TPE and EVA materials, particularly excellent for high-standard extrusion-grade soft products with strict surface and physical requirements. RB-6003 can be used as a standalone flame retardant or synergistically blended with MPP, MCA, organosilicon flame retardants and phosphorus-modified epoxy resins to enhance overall flame retardant efficiency and material safety performance.
Packaging & Storage: Sealed 12.5kg plastic-lined paper bags. Keep stored in dry and cool warehouse conditions to ensure consistent extrusion processing performance and stable finished product quality.
