Piperazine Pyrophosphate Passing UL94 V0 for Plastics
IFR-PAP01 is Piperazine pyrophosphate, a kind of halogen free environmentally friendly flame retardant has carbon source and acid source. It can constitute efficient intumescent flame retardant with some other gas source and acid source, make some polymer pass the tests of UL94-V0 (0.75mm), GWIT 750℃, GWFI 960℃ . Moreover, it is free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive and REACH Regulation.
Characteristic
Very high char formatting efficiency, and excellent retardant efficiency, can used together with many retardant monomers to get synergy effect.
High decomposition temperature provides wide processing temperature window. Good migration resistance.
Lower smoke density. Lower smoke toxicity.

Applications
There is synergy effect between IFR-PAP01 and MPP MCA Aluminum hydroxide etc. Suitable for flame retarding PPPEEVATPE TPU and other thermoplastic substrates, with glass fiber reinforced or not.
Attentions
1. Under the enough plasticizing, suggest to use lower processing temperature to get better comprehensive performance.
2. Fillers and pigments may have adverse effects on flame retardant, such as calcium carbonate, carbon black etc.
Packaging & Storage: 25kg/bag. Transport like general chemicals. Store in dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
