Introduction:
IFR-RB6022 High-Performance ADP Halogen-Free Flame Retardant is a high-end ADP-based halogen-free flame retardant, specially formulated to match the performance of imported Clariant Exolit OP1230 for engineering plastic applications. Adopting refined organophosphinate modification technology, this white powder integrates high thermal stability, excellent electrical insulation and low-smoke flame retardant properties. It effectively maintains the complete mechanical performance of finished plastic products, delivers clean and stable surface coloring, and achieves high CTI values. It is a reliable domestic alternative to OP1230, fully meeting strict flame retardant and safety standards for automotive, electrical and high-precision electronic components.

Applications:
Exclusively applicable to high-temperature and high-shear manufactured high-temperature nylon and heavy glass-fiber reinforced nylon, completely replacing Clariant OP1230 in high-performance nylon modification fields. It covers full-range application for common glass-reinforced PA6, PA66, PPA, as well as PBT, PET, PTT modified polyesters, polyester elastomers and multi-type polyester alloy composite materials, widely used in precision electronics, automotive wiring and electrical equipment.
Packaging & Storage:
Supplied in 25kg moisture-proof composite paper bags. Preserve airtight sealing and store in cool dry warehouses to avoid humidity and temperature fluctuation.
