Introduction:
IFR-RB6022 PA Nylon Grade ADP Halogen-Free Flame Retardant is a professional aluminum diethylphosphinate flame retardant exclusively optimized for PA nylon modification, serving as a drop-in replacement for Clariant Exolit OP1230. This surface-treated organophosphinate white powder features ultra-high thermal stability that perfectly matches the high-temperature extrusion and injection molding process of PA6, PA66 and high-temperature PPA nylon. It requires low loading dosage, effectively maintains the original mechanical strength, rigidity and toughness of glass-filled nylon, and delivers high CTI value and low smoke combustion performance. With stable and reliable flame retardant efficiency equivalent to imported OP1230, it solves the problems of high cost and insufficient supply of imported flame retardants for nylon flame retardant systems.
