IFR-RB6022 Modified ADP Flame Retardant for PA Nylon is a process-upgraded halogen-free aluminum diethylphosphinate (ADP) flame retardant optimized for mass production of modified PA nylon, professionally designed to replace Clariant Exolit OP1230. Traditional ADP flame retardants often suffer from poor dispersion, easy precipitation and unstable flame retardancy in PA nylon systems. In contrast, IFR-RB6022 adopts refined surface modification technology to completely solve these industry pain points. This high-quality ADP flame retardant boasts excellent melt fluidity adaptability, no mold blockage during PA nylon injection molding, and significantly reduces product defective rates. It stably provides UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade for various PA nylon materials, achieving stable mass production performance matching OP1230.
