IFR‑OP560 is a reactive non‑halogenated phosphorus polyol flame retardant developed as a reliable substitute for Clariant Exolit OP560, delivering long‑lasting fire‑safety performance for polyurethane goods. Since its phosphorus‑containing functional groups are chemically incorporated into PU macromolecular structures, flame‑retardant components cannot leach or migrate out even under long‑term aging or thermal exposure. This permanent built‑in flame‑resistant characteristic helps finished articles pass stringent low‑emission specifications, which is particularly valuable for high‑end applications where volatile release and surface exudation cannot be tolerated.
