IFR‑OP560 Eco‑Friendly Reactive Non‑Halogen Phosphorus Polyol Flame Retardant for Multi‑Industrial PU
Designed for environmentally‑oriented polyurethane modification, IFR‑OP560 is a high‑efficiency reactive non‑halogenated phosphorus polyol acting as a drop‑in alternative to Clariant Exolit OP560. Thanks to its reactive polyol structure, it participates in PU polymerization reactions and covalently anchors fire‑resistant moieties inside polymer networks. The chemical‑bonding mechanism eliminates migration‑related drawbacks common to additive‑type flame retardants, enabling PU products to satisfy strict low‑emission, low‑fogging and low‑VOC requirements for many regulated industrial markets without halogen elements contained in molecular composition.
