Chlorinated Paraffin-52 (CP-52) is a low-volatility, high-stability chloroalkane product composed of C14-C17 alkane chains, certified by CAS 63449-39-8 and EINECS 286-477-0. This medium-chlorine paraffin features controllable activity and high safety factor, with stable performance in conventional storage and industrial application scenarios. It complies with modern industrial environmental protection standards, with low pollution risk and easy standardized management during transportation and warehousing.

Storage & Handling: CP-52 requires cool, ventilated and dry storage environments with no direct ultraviolet radiation. Containers must be fully sealed and kept in original packaging at all times. The storage floor must be seamless, leak-proof and non-absorbent, with complete bunded anti-spill facilities to prevent soil and water contamination from accidental leakage.
Packaging: Equipped with complete specification packaging: 220~250kg 200L iron drums, 1000–1200kg IBC intermediate bulk tanks and 27~29MT ISO bulk containers, adapting to diverse logistics and storage scenarios.
CP-52 Chlorinated Paraffin is a transparent, viscous liquid with a pale yellow to yellow color. It has a molecular weight of approximately 420 and exhibits excellent electrical insulation and chemical stability. The product is non-toxic, non-flammable, and has low volatility, ensuring safety during storage and use. Key technical indicators include a density of 1.23~1.27 g/cm³, a viscosity of 150-750 mPa·s at 50℃, and a chlorine content of 51%-53% for premium grades. The thermal stability coefficient is ≤0.10% at 175℃×4h, demonstrating high thermal resistance. CP-52 is compatible with PVC resins and synthetic rubbers at room temperature and dissolves in most organic solvents like benzene . It is insoluble in water and has a melting point below -30℃, making it suitable for low-temperature applications.
