After hens lay eggs in the nest, eggs roll gently along the inclined soft pad to the bottom conveyor belt, which transports eggs to the centralized collection end automatically. This design avoids egg damage caused by stepping or pecking, with an egg breakage rate controlled within 1%.
Equipped with a timing-driven soft rod system that gently drives hens out of the nest after a set time (usually 5-10 minutes after laying). This prevents hens from occupying the nest for extended periods, avoids nest contamination and egg pecking, and maximizes nest utilization.
