Working Principle
Fresh outside air is blown in by a blower through an air filter. After being heated by a heating device, the clean, hot air is blown at high speed into the main drying tower from the hot air volute at the bottom of the dryer through a hot air duct. Wet material is fed into the main drying unit by a screw feeder, dispersed by a dispersing device at the bottom of the dryer, and then blown up by the hot air, rising in a suspended state. The suspended fine particles come into full contact with the hot air, completing the drying process instantly.
Through classification by a product classifier at the top of the dryer, smaller particles are discharged from the top of the tower after drying. They are then separated by a cyclone separator and discharged as finished products through a discharge valve. The exhaust gas passes through a pulse bag filter to collect fine powder before being discharged by an induced draft fan.
