For food-processing work, model YK-320 runs the drum at 65 rpm with a 360 degree sway angle and a 320 mm drum, and the screen is exchanged to set the granule size for each product. The 7.5 kW motor drives a capacity of 50-400 kg/h, and the unit weighs 750 kg with an overall dimension of 1500x1200x1500 mm. Because the drum turns in both directions, the powder mixture is worked evenly through the screen, and the same drum can also reduce agglomerated dry materials to granules. In practice the operator selects the screen for the target granule size, feeds the wet powder mixture to the drum, and collects the granules for drying and later pressing into molded products. The forward and reverse rotation keeps the granule bed moving, which reduces dead spots and helps the machine hold a consistent granule from batch to batch.

For higher-output food work the machine covers products of various specifications, forming granules that are dried and then pressed into molded products, and reducing agglomerated dry materials to granules.
