Industrial Drum Scraper Dryer Energy Saving SUS316 Evaporation Capacity 500kg/h

Rotary drum scraper dryer / rotary drum dryer

Working principle:
A rotary drum scraper dryer is a continuously rotating device with internal heating and conductivity. A layer of material adheres to the rotating drum through its lower trough. Heat is transferred through pipes to the inner wall of the drum, then to the outer wall, and finally to the material film, causing the moisture in the film to evaporate and dehydrate, thus drying the material. The dried material is then scraped off the drum by scrapers mounted on its surface and falls into a screw conveyor below the scrapers, where it is then collected and packaged.

Technical parameters:

Note: Top-feed double-drum dryers can be designed and manufactured for customers upon request.

Applications:
Suitable for drying liquids or viscous materials in industries such as chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, and metallurgy.

Features:

•  Large heating area, high thermal efficiency, and uniform heating.
•  High operational flexibility and wide applicability. Various parameters such as feed concentration, film thickness, heating temperature, and rotation speed can be adjusted. Adaptable to drying various materials and different production volumes.
•  Short drying time, approximately 5-20 seconds, suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
•  Simple operation and convenient maintenance.
