SYNTEC 610-E5 Five-Axis Control System: acting as the machine’s core control unit, the SYNTEC 610-E5 features an intuitive interface and stable operation. It quickly computes complex five-axis G-code to guarantee smooth cutting without jitter on curved surfaces.
RTCP Rotation Tool Center Point Function: As a vital five-axis function, RTCP automatically tracks the real tool tip position during spindle rotation. It dynamically calibrates X/Y/Z axes to maintain precise cutting paths, eliminating repeated code reposting caused by tool length changes and boosting overall machining accuracy.
SYNTEC Bus-Type Servo System: adopting digital bus communication rather than analog pulse wiring, the SYNTEC bus servo system avoids signal interference and transmission lag.
