Vibrating Knives CCD Camera CNC Router Cutting Various Flexible Material
The CCD vibrating knife CNC router machine is an advanced, computer-driven cutting tool that merges a standard CNC router with an oscillating knife attachment and a CCD camera for enhanced vision. This setup for both cutting rigid materials, such as wood, and accurately processing flexible materials or printed designs.
The CNC router spindle is equipped with rotating bits that perform milling and engraving, enabling the cutting of rigid materials such as wood, acrylic, MDF, and aluminum.
A vibrating/oscillating knife uses a high-frequency(tens of thousands of times per minute) oscillating blade to cut soft, flexible, and semi-rigid materials with precision, all while minimizing heat and dust generation.
The integrated CCD camera serves as a vision system that scans registration marks or printed pattern edges on the material. This allows the machine to automatically correct its cutting path for accurate alignment, reducing material waste and ensuring high precision when cutting pre-printed items.
