Multifunctional Vibrating Knife Cutting Machine With CCD Visual Positioning System
A CCD vibrating-knife CNC router is a multifunctional, computer-driven cutting system that merges a traditional CNC router with an oscillating blade and a CCD camera vision unit. This setup enables accurate machining of hard materials as well as high-precision cutting of flexible materials or printed patterns.
The CNC router spindle powers rotary milling and engraving tools, enabling smooth and accurate cutting of hard materials like wood, acrylic, MDF, and aluminum.
The vibrating/oscillating knife features a high-frequency blade that moves rapidly up and down, allowing clean, precise cutting of soft, flexible, and semi-rigid materials without producing heat or dust.
The CCD camera system functions as a "vision system", automatically detecting registration marks and the edges of printed graphics. This enables the machine to correct its cutting path for perfect alignment, delivering high precision and minimizing waste on pre-printed materials.
