High Precision EPS CNC Router 3D Carving Relief Multi Material
This custom EPS/Foam CNC Router is engineered for large-scale 3D molds, automotive styling, and architectural sculpture. The combinations of a 6KW air-cooled spindle and a 650mm Z-axis clearance provide a massive working volume optimized specifically for thick non-metallic materials like expanded polystyrene (EPS), styrofoam, EVA foam, and polyurethane.
6KW Air-Cooled Spindle: Delivering high torque at up to 18,000 RPM, it provides rapid material removal on dense foams and soft woods without requiring complex liquid cooling setups.
650mm Extended Z-Axis: Extended gantry clearance allows the machine to accommodate deep block profiles. It prevents tool or gantry collision when machining deep 3D cavities, molds, and statues.
Drive & Transmission Systems: Features high-precision TBI ball screws on the Z-axis to lift the heavy spindle assembly smoothly, while X and Y axes utilize heavy-duty helical rack and pinion systems for high-speed tracking.
Structural Build: Built on an extra-thick, stress-relieved steel gantry and welded machine frame to eliminate resonance during deep-plunge 3D routing.
