A: Apple restricts third-party magnetic wireless chargers to a maximum of 7.5W for iPhones to ensure battery health and temperature control. To achieve the full 15W wireless charging speed, the device must be a compatible Android smartphone that supports the 15W Qi wireless standard. If you need faster charging for your iPhone, please use the Type-C PD cable.
Q4: Can I charge the power bank and my phone at the same time (Pass-through charging)? A: Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging. However, for optimal charging speed and to minimize heat generation (which can degrade battery health over time), we recommend charging the power bank and your phone separately when possible.
