Evaporative Cooling Pad System

The evaporative cooling pad system is essential supporting cooling equipment for modern poultry houses, always used together with negative‑pressure exhaust fans to complete tunnel ventilation. It widely serves layer, breeder and broiler farms in high‑temperature regions.

The cooling pad core is made of special cross‑corrugated cellulose paper with anti‑corrosion and anti‑mildew treatment. Water flows evenly over the pad surface through water distribution pipes. When hot outdoor air passes through the wet pad, water evaporation absorbs heat, and cool air flows into the chicken house. It can lower indoor temperature by 5‑8℃, effectively ease poultry heat stress during hot summer and improve flock production performance.

The whole frame adopts durable aluminum alloy structure. The water‑cycle system includes water tank, circulation pump and water distribution pipeline. With adjustable water flow, it keeps uniform wetting status for the whole pad. The overflow and drain structure prevents water accumulation. The pad is easy to clean and replace.
