This Intelligent High-Pressure Cleaning Station puts full control of a wash bay into one stainless steel cabinet. An intelligent controller handles operation, parameter settings and abnormality alarms, so supervisors can standardise pressure, foam and disinfection cycles across shifts. A multifunctional switching valve moves between cleaning liquids without changing lines, while 25 to 30 bar flushing pressure and 4 to 6 bar air pressure cover both heavy rinsing and gentle foam work.
