High Speed PVC Curtain Sensor Rapid Roll Door 304 Stainless Steel Fast Rolling Door

This Fast Rolling Door keeps clean and dirty flows apart at a busy opening. A high speed motor and gear reducer drive the curtain at 0.6 to 1.8 m/s on opening and 0.5 to 1.5 m/s on closing, with both speeds adjustable to suit traffic. A 304 stainless steel body and a high density polyester and PVC curtain stand up to frequent use, while flexible bottom PVC and sealed guide rails keep the aperture tight.

• Multiple Opening Methods: manual push button, radar sensor, infrared sensor, ground loop sensor, pull cord and remote-control button.
• Adjustable Operating Speed: opening 0.6-1.8 m/s and closing 0.5-1.5 m/s, both set to suit the application.
• Dedicated Motor and Gear Reducer: a dedicated high speed door motor with electromagnetic brake runs on AC 220 V at about 0.75-2.2 kW.
• Excellent Sealing Performance: flexible PVC at the bottom conforms to uneven floors, and guide rails are sealed with rubber strips or brush seals.
• Multiple Safety Devices: encoder limit control and infrared anti-pinch protection, with optional bottom safety airbag and warning light.

Well suited to clean room entries, food and pharmaceutical production lines, warehouses and workshops where fast, sealed, high traffic openings are needed.
