304 UV Interlock Pass Through Box Clean Room Transfer Box 220V / 50Hz

This Stainless Steel Pass-Through Window is built to keep clean and non-clean zones separated during every handover. The two doors are mechanically interlocked so they cannot open at the same time, preventing direct air convection, and UV lamps disinfect the surfaces of the items being transferred. Available in 600, 800 and 1000 mm models with basic, upgraded and reinforced builds, each supplied with an external door and a washable 304 stainless steel interior.

• 304 Stainless Steel Construction: the entire unit is 304 stainless steel for excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
• Dual-Door Interlocking: the two doors are mechanically interlocked to prevent simultaneous opening and avoid direct air convection between clean and non-clean areas.
• UV Surface Disinfection: ultraviolet light disinfects the surfaces of transferred items, reducing the risk of microorganisms entering the clean workshop.
• Cross-Zone Material Transfer: enables material transfer between different areas and reduces contamination risks associated with personnel movement.
• Three Build Levels: basic, upgraded and reinforced models all include mechanical interlock, UV and an external door.

Well suited to clean room transfer walls in pharmaceutical, food, electronics and laboratory facilities where tools, samples and small parts must cross between zones with controlled contamination.
