Product feature
- Electronic ballast required: This tube MUST be used with an electronic ballast. Do NOT connect directly to 110V or 220V mains power.
- Ballast compatibility: Compatible with 95% of HE-type electronic ballasts (Mainland China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia) and HO-type electronic ballasts (Europe, Hong Kong, Macau). A-type version for China and Southeast Asia.
- Safety first: Do NOT install or test while energized. Turn off power before installation — no hot work allowed.
- Fixture wiring note: Most T5 fixtures on the market are parallel-wired. For series-wired fixtures, the series connection must be removed — have a qualified electrician perform the conversion. Do not install directly to avoid damaging the tube.
- Smooth, strobe-free illumination that reduces eye fatigue — ideal for long-hour workspaces, classrooms, and camera environments.
