It simplifies 3 axis machining modes and enables multiple procedure completion in one setup. Compatible with 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis operations, it greatly reduces reliance on multi axis machine tools and extra custom fixture fabrication. Up to 80% of working conditions can be fulfilled merely through modular configuration.

All zero point fixtures deliver repeat positioning accuracy ≤0.005 mm. Minimal deviation occurs during machine tool switching and repeated disassembly assembly. Consistent precision is maintained whether for frequent re clamping or long time machining.
