1,Highprecision Repeat Positioning
Constant repeat positioning and angular positioning accuracy of 0.0050.015 mm. Low deviation under frequent longterm switching with durable and stable precision, ideal for highprecision machining applications.
2,Vertical Locking & Lifting Unclamping
Builtin spring mechanism. The pull stud is vertically locked by a fullcircle steelball pressing structure without jamming or offset. The tapered locating face of pull stud fits precisely into the locating hole for superior accuracy. Lifting function upon unclamping prevents fixture sticking, enabling quick and convenient vise installation and removal.
3,Airtightness Inspection Function
Four airtightness test holes on the zeropoint plate surface. A dedicated airleak tester accurately verifies correct fixture mounting and clamping status. Supports automated control for earlyfailure warning.
4,Ultrathin Structure
Compact construction with only 30 mm thickness, greatly reducing overall weight. Wellsuited for machine tools with limited Zaxis travel. Made of martensitic stainless steel for good rust resistance with high hardness after integral heat treatment.
5,Clamping Force
Independent clamping unit for each pull stud with builtin springs. Clamping force is even and free from mutual interference. Total clamping force up to 10 KN with four pull studs, no extra pressure boosting required. Unlocked by air pressure. Customizable clamping force available for diverse working requirements.
