This ER collet seat is compatible with 52/96 zero point quick change plates, suitable for 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis CNC machining centers.
It is used for clamping round bar workpieces. It delivers high positioning accuracy and wide clamping range. Combined with zero point system, it supports off machine pre assembly to realize quick production changeover, ideal for batch machining of precision shafts and small round shaped parts.
