Bottom side clamping design avoids fixture interference. It enables five sided machining in one setup, compatible with 4 axis / 5 axis machining centers.
Small clamping contact area with low clamping stress. Thin wall parts and small precision parts are less prone to deformation during machining.
Compatible with zero point positioning plate for quick changeover and shorter machine re tooling time.
Main body made of quenched alloy steel, featuring high rigidity, excellent wear resistance and stable repeat positioning accuracy.
