GWELL Twin Screw PET Sheet Extrusion Line No Crystallization Drying APET RPET PETG Thermoforming Sheet Making Machine for Food Blister Packaging

GWELL PET sheet extrusion line adopts advanced twin-screw design, which eliminates the crystallization and drying process, greatly cutting energy consumption and simplifying production workflow.

This production line can produce APET, RPET recycled PET and PETG sheets. The sheet thickness ranges from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm, sheet width 810–1800 mm. Equipped with online thickness inspection system, it ensures precise thickness tolerance, smooth sheet surface without crystal points.

The production capacity covers 400–1500 kg/h for different models. It integrates automatic feeding, extrusion, three-roll calendering, haul-off, cutting and winding, featuring high automation and stable continuous operation, saving labor costs.

We provide one-year warranty for the whole machine, on-site installation and commissioning, plus lifelong technical support. Customized machine configurations are available according to customer requirements.

PET sheets manufactured by our line have high transparency, excellent thermoforming performance, food contact safety, good chemical stability and recyclability.
