1.On the premise that the overall dimensions of the filter element have been determined, change the wave height, wave number and other process parameters to increase the effective filtering area of the filter material as much as possible, which can reduce the flux on the surface of the unit filter material, increase the dirt holding capacity of the entire filter element, and improve the service life of the filter element.

2.By increasing the filter area of the filter element, the service life of the filter element tends to increase faster. If the wave number increases too much, the crowded folded wave will reduce the hydraulic oil flow space between waves, making the filter element pressure difference increase! The time to reach the filter element differential pressure alarm is short, and the service life is reduced.

3.Generally, it is better to keep the wave spacing between 1.5-2.5mm.

4.The support mesh in the filter element is 1.5mm thick spiral welded round hole mesh, with large support and strong pressure resistance. The filter element is also equipped with a bypass valve. When the filter element is not replaced in time, the bypass valve can automatically open to ensure the normal operation of the system.

5.The low pressure oil filter element is mainly used to filter solid particles and colloidal substances in the hydraulic oil of equipment, maintain the cleanness of the oil, prevent the pollution of the oil, make the machine and equipment operate normally, and improve the use efficiency.

6.The filter layer of the filter element is made of non composite glass fiber filter material with high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, large dirt holding capacity and good filtration performance.
