1. Side opening uses door opening structure of rotating arm, it has the characteristics of flexible rotation, low operation and simple and convenient operation; the top opening uses of level-type door open structure, the lever bottom is connected with the kettle door, and the top is equipped with weigh equipment, this type has the benefits of open lightweight, small footprint of reactor side. Kettle door sealing uses of imported rubber seals of the professional manufacturers, it has the benefits of simple installation, good sealing and long service life.

3. For different parts of the reactor body, set three forms of fixed support, movable support, ends special support.Betterly adapt to thermal expansion and contraction of reactor body, and ensure the normal work and life of kettle.

4. The kettle is equipped with safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature components, supply and exhaust valves, seals valves, draining valve and other necessary valves and instruments, and install a decontamination tank for sewage, hydrophobic interface.
