Application Instructions
Primary Use
Eliminates foam during bean products processing, particularly in soy milk and tofu manufacturing.
Recommended Dosage
0.1% to 0.3% by weight of dry beans
Application Method
Add the defoamer when soy bean milk temperature reaches above 90°C. Mix thoroughly until fully dissolved into the soy bean milk.
Composition & Performance
Formulated with mono- and diglycerides, silicone emulsion, calcium carbonate, and phospholipids. Features low surface tension, high surface activity, and strong defoaming capability with minimal dosage requirements.
