VIVIDR Self Emulsifying Glyceryl Monostearate DH-Z80
A high-performance emulsifier powder primarily composed of mono-, di, and triglycerides of stearic and palmitic acids, with minor proportions of other fatty acid glycerides. Specifically formulated for optimal performance in coffee creamers, peanut butter, and chewing gum applications.

- Breads: Improves crumb softness, provides fine uniform structure, reduces staling rate (0.3%-0.8% of flour)
- Cakes: Enlarges volume, improves texture, prolongs shelf life (3%-10% of oil)
- Biscuits: Improves process properties, prevents oil separation (1.5%-2% of oil)
- Instant Noodles: Improves process properties, reduces oil absorption and cooking loss (0.1%-0.2% of flour)
- Pasta Products: Improves process properties, decreases cooking loss (0.1%-0.2% of flour)
- Extrusion Snacks: Improves process properties, increases swelling rate, provides uniform structure (0.1%-0.2% of flour)
- Coffee Creamer: Provides uniform fat globule distribution for improved whitening effect (variable dosage)
- Caramels, Toffees & Chocolate: Reduces stickiness and sugar crystallization, improves eating quality (1.5%-2% of oil)
- Chewing Gum: Improves mastication and texture, softens gum base (0.3%-0.5% of base)
- Edible Antifoaming Agent: Decreases and inhibits foaming during production (0.1%-1.0% of total products)
- Plastic Anti-static Agent: Makes plastic surfaces hydrophilic to eliminate static electricity for electronic parts packaging
