VIVIDR self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate DH-Z80 is a high-purity emulsifier primarily composed of mono-, di-, and triglycerides of stearic and palmitic acids. This food-grade ingredient delivers excellent performance in coffee creamer, peanut butter, and chewing gum applications with moisture content ≤3%.
