VIVIDR Distilled Monoglyceride is manufactured from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable-based oil. This versatile food additive is widely used across multiple industries including food processing, pharmaceuticals, plastics, packaging, and cosmetics. The product offers excellent emulsification, dispersion, stabilization, anti-foaming, and starch anti-staling properties.
