VIVID DH-P90-G is a water-soluble emulsifier composed primarily of mono-, di-, and triglycerides of stearic and palmitic acids, with minor proportions of other fatty acid glycerides. This vegetable-based emulsifier delivers excellent performance in applications including coffee creamer, peanut butter, and chewing gum.

- Ice Cream: Prevents large ice crystal formation, improves mouthfeel and creamy texture (0.1%-0.2% dosage)
- Breads: Enhances crumb softness, provides uniform structure, reduces staling (0.3%-0.8% of flour)
- Cakes: Increases volume, improves texture, extends shelf life (3%-10% of oil)
- Biscuit: Improves processing properties, prevents oil separation (1.5%-2% of oil)
- Instant Noodles: Enhances processing, reduces oil absorption and cooking loss (0.1%-0.2% of flour)
- Margarine & Shortening: Adjusts oil crystal structure, improves functional properties
- Peanut Butter: Provides creamy texture, high filling temperature, good oil holding capacity (0.1%-0.2% dosage)
