Application & Usage

Primary Application

Recommended Dosage

0.1% - 0.3% by weight of dry beans

0.5g/kg of soybean milk (dry beans:water = 1:5)

Usage Instructions

Heat soybean milk to above 90°C, add VIVID Edible Anti-foamer, and stir until completely dissolved.

Formulated with mono- and diglycerides, silicone emulsion, calcium carbonate, and phospholipids. Features low surface tension, high surface activity, and strong defoaming capability with minimal dosage requirements.
