VIVID Mono- and Diglycerides P4 is a high-purity food-grade emulsifier manufactured from hydrogenated palm oil and glycerin. This off-white waxy bead product features excellent solubility in warm water (50°C-70°C) and superior gas retention properties, making it ideal for various food applications.

Dosage Recommendations
- Milk drinking: 0.12%-0.15% at 50-70°C with stirring
- Beverage: 0.05%-0.15% at 50-70°C with stirring
- Ice cream: 0.2-0.3% with 50°C-70°C water
- Non-dairy creamer: 1.0%-1.5% melted with fats at 65°C-75°C
- Potato chips: 0.3%-1.0% of starch below 70°C water
