Application of Test Probe 13 of IEC 61032:
Test probe 13 of IEC 61032 is applied with a force not exceeding 1 N through openings in class 0 appliances, class II appliances and class II constructions, except for those giving access to lamp caps and live parts in socket-outlets.
This pin is intended to verify the protection against access to hazardous live parts in class 0 equipment and class II equipment (see IEC 60536).
