Automatically Clam-shell Helium Leak Testing Equipment for Air-Conditioner Pipelines

It is requred to be leak free for the air-conditioner pipelines, fuel oil pipelines, brake oil pipelines and engine pipelines. As there might have welding defects, it is necessary to do leak test before vehicle assembly. The normal solution is auto clam-shell helium leak test system, the connecting port would be leak tested quickly and precisely. Products are tested under atmosphere, not required for evacuatio. The machine is relatively simple structure and lower cost.

Test Concept

• Evacuate the product and charge helium into the product.

• Evaucate the clam shell.

• Test the helium signal from the clam shell by the leak detector for fine leak judge.

• Recover helium from the product.
