1. Simple introduction

        This assembling machine is applied to the assembling spot welding of symmetric, non symmetric, off-center and non-uniform H steels.This machine adopts the way of one side manual or electric link adjustment and another side hydraulically impending which is internationally popular. The welding and idling adopt different speeds, which effectively improves working performance.
 
 
2. Features

● 3 models according to H beam web height: 1500, 1800 and 2000mm
● Process including clamping and centering web and flange with hydraulic transmission
● Control system adapts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC controller
● Both sides clamped and aligned through mechanical system, ensuring positioning of web and flange of various width within specified range accurate automatic alignment, no need to adjust each time eccentricity roller
● Upper press beam adapted with right and left 4 groups of guide-way, ensuring pressing stability
● Automatic spot welding arc-tracing unit driven with light-duty oil cylinder, without compressed air input, output conveyor and inlet pulling rod system are in segments, length and quantity can be chosen according to workpiece length
● Used for inching adjustment hydraulic stopping rack at both sides can ensure alignment of end side of web and flange during assembly
