2. The device structure and character
● This device main used to cut mild carbon steel sheet with the thickness range from 4mm to 16mm, and the width less than 8000mm, when the steel strength not more than 450N/mm2. So if want to use the device to cut the plate sheet with the higher strength more than 450N/mm2, the cut thickness will be thin than normal.
● Adopts integrated hydraulic system, with good reliability.
● Adopts three points roll guides, to release clearance between guides, higher cut quality.
● Back gauge used intelligence display installation, auto count shear number, back gauge can
adjustable by client’s requirement.
● Installed a hand wheel on the front of device, rotate it to adjust cutting edge clearance, client
should to adjust it by different thickness.
● Up blade adopter adopts falling-in type, easy to blank, and can to higher cut accuracy.
● With the performance to section cut.
